Boderry - Shipping, Warranty, Return and Refund
Shipping Information
Boderry watches are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. If your package is delayed or tracking doesn't update after a few days, feel free to contact us at support@kwartz.shop.
Customs fees or import taxes may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not have control over these charges.
Warranty Policy
All Boderry watches come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects related to the movement, dial, indexes, and hands.
If your watch stops working due to a covered issue within:
- 1 month: We will send you a brand-new replacement (excluding strap).
- 3 months: We will repair your watch free of charge, including shipping.
- 24 months: We will repair your watch free of charge, but you will need to cover shipping costs.
What’s not covered:
-Strap, crystal, or cosmetic wear and tear
-Accidental damage or misuse
-Water damage due to improper crown handling
To file a warranty claim, please email support@kwartz.shop with:
- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (if possible)
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Watches must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
To request a return or refund, email support@kwartz.shop with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Confirmation that the product is unused and in its original condition
Please include the reason for your return. Whether it's a defect, a change of mind, or any other concern, we require this to process your request.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
